Terms and Conditions

1. Title of goods remains with Heritage Art Papers Ltd until paid for in full. We reserve the right to recycle unpaid goods from the delivery address or any associated premises in the event of non-payment, this includes bankruptcy or liquidation.
2. All costs incurred in collecting overdue payment will be charged to the customer.
3. The minimum order value accepted is £50 (excluding VAT). Transit and Packing are added at cost to orders of less than £150. We normally despatch via overnight carrier.
4. Orders of £150 or more (excluding VAT) are delivered carriage free for most areas of mainland UK. Some areas including off-shore islands, Northern Scotland & Northern Ireland, attract an additional carriage charge. Please check before placing your order that these charges are still valid.
5. Orders are normally despatched in 3 – 5 working days. Please tell us if you require your order by a particular date, we will do our best to ensure timely delivery.
6. Export customers should contact us prior to placing an order to discuss carriage and terms and conditions of order acceptance.
7. Claims for loss or damage must be made within 5 working days of receipt of order.
8. Payment is either by pro-forma invoice or 30 day account (from date of invoice) unless alternative arrangements have been made prior to order acceptance by Heritage Art Papers Ltd. Late payment of 30 day accounts will result in future orders being despatched on a pro-forma basis.
9. All prices quoted in the Heritage Art Papers Ltd Catalogue are net prices and are exclusive of VAT.
10. Heritage Art Papers Ltd does not supply on a sale or return basis under any circumstances.
11. “Specials” – products made specifically for a customer cannot be cancelled once the production process has commenced.
12. Placing an order with Heritage Art Papers Ltd constitutes acceptance of our standard terms and conditions.
13. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
